Alabama is considering getting a lottery and probably will join PB and MM if they do. The other night with a $500 million plus PB jackpot, eight states had less than $1 million in sales. So even if they do get a lottery, it's doubtful Alabama will get enough in PB sales to cover a $1 million 5 + 0 winner.

There are reasons those six states have no lottery and I seriously doubt the other five will follow Alabama.

If Alabama gets it then I can see Mississippi getting it but I doubt Utah Nevada will ever get the lottery.
