Me too.

The odds against winning this jackpot are exactly the same as when the jackpot was $40 million. Maybe after this jackpot is won, players will finally figure out how to create a large jackpot and wager $880 million on a $40 million jackpot and watch it grow to $390 in one drawing.

It depends on sales. The starting amount is based on an increase of 351 million, which is 70 million shy of the previous increase. I'm guessing we're still at a point where sales will increase, but nobody knows for sure what will happen. The previous sales record was $651 million for the record MM, but PB now has the record at $880.6 million. At some point sales won't go up no matter how big the jackpot is.

A small part of me wants to think that interest will wane with the lack of a winner.

Then I slouch back into the reality that the only force in the universe more powerful than stupidity is greed.

Could the increase be double what it was between draws? Yes, I do believe so.

Last draw it went up from 650 post-draw to 950 pre-draw. I see this JP becoming $1.9B before draw time on Wednesday.
