Again, I couldn't help notice how #11 plays a role here too.

Let's look how #11 played a role in past terrorist attacks and NY lotto.

9/11/2001 Attack on America

3/11/2004 Madrid train bombing that killed 191 people (numerical anagram of 911).

The train which left the Atocha station was number 21431 (2+1+4+3+1=11)

3+11+2004=11

Madrid bombing happened exactly 911 days after 9/11/2001. Coincidence? I think not.
