(2) Tennessee ticket was sold in Munfor north of Memphis on 1/13/16 to PB single winner.

3 individuals CA, NY, TX -

1 family group (collected as trust so each could get their share) PA -

1 lost ticket the security tape was too grainy for anyone to be able to determine who bought the ticket in the state of FL

I voted one person. Probably an 85 year old guy who asked the clerk for a Cricket lighter, and the clerk gave him a PB ticket by mistake. By then, the poor guy probably forgot what he asked for and shoved the winning ticket in his coat pocket on the way back home.
