It used to be after a big JP was won, the next one started higher than minimum with people using their little $4 winners to play again, or because people who bought advanced plays because their state doesn&#x27;t sell PB and they didn&#x27;t want to make another trip for tickets.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>they never want to be out of pocket, im sure they could raise the min prize, to the amount the 1st roll goes up by , ie if it always goes up 15 mill from the 40 start, they could start at 55 mill and be sure to not have to pay out of pocket any short fall from ticket sales</p>]]></description>
