I wonder why this NEXT one didn't start at 100M. It used to be after a big JP was won, the next one started higher than minimum with people using their little $4 winners to play again, or because people who bought advanced plays because their state doesn't sell PB and they didn't want to make another trip for tickets.

They would close the lottery down if they did that.Thing is,it would be too much to offer from the start,starting at $100 mill,will make people feel obligated to play it twice a week to which I think it would put them off.

they never want to be out of pocket, im sure they could raise the min prize, to the amount the 1st roll goes up by , ie if it always goes up 15 mill from the 40 start, they could start at 55 mill and be sure to not have to pay out of pocket any short fall from ticket sales

Im sure this agency can afford to begin the Rotations at a Measly $100 Mill
