			<description><![CDATA[<p>I wonder why this next jackpot didn&#x27;t start higher than the $40M minimum? It used to be after a big JP was won, the next one started higher than minimum with people using their little $4 winners to play again, or because of people who bought advance plays because their state doesn&#x27;t sell PB and they didn&#x27;t want to make another trip for tickets if the JP rolled over.</p>]]></description>
