			<description><![CDATA[<p>Here in Indiana you can now scan your tickets through the hoosier lottery app on your phone. I always double check my numbers but curious if others are using these new phone apps to scan your tickets.<br /><br />Also, what do you guys think about these new digital play slips where they can scan a bar code on your lottery app from your phone and print out your numbers instead of using a paper play slip.
