I usually go by 10 draw intervals. You're from NC, so let's take a look here. NC is missing SS 0 7 8 in the last 10 draws.

You can further delve into missing SS in order they are missing. Last 20 shows SS 7 twice, but still no 0 8, so let's go further down to investigate. SS 8 showed 4 times within last 60 draws, and then finally there's the missing SS 0. As you can see, you and all other NC players should be hunting for SS 0.
