I am surprised you did not look at the back of the play slip, it would have showed you how to win powerball

Look at the Payout on the back of the play slip. You don't get any money for just 2 white balls. You have to have 2 white balls + PB to win $7, or 3 White balls w/o PB to win $7.

Check out the ways to win for Powerball - you have to have at least 3 white balls to win any $ - or the powerball by itself or PB plus any white balls

I am really confused by what partial match/win really means. During recent draw of jackpot (January 13, 2016), I played two tickets in DC which two of the white balls matched to the winning number. But I was told that I got nothing. This made me to wonder/ask what partial win really means. For your further info. bellow is the detail.

Winning number: 04 08 19 27 34 PB 10
