SergM

I am still working on the program and have not decided on which print method I will use. The ticket window

of this program is 100% to scale and when I select the game to print then it loads a image of the ticket. The

program then prints the marks to a transparent layer so that it can be inspected. A graphic image file with

just the marks on a white background is sent to the printer. I use a HP F4180 printer which does a very good

job of feeding the bet-slips in and printing

Frenchie

I think this would be a step in the wrong direction. When compressing the P-3 pool just to get a small field

you must remember that the pool has to be decompressed and when we do, we will have more than just a

few lines to deal with. If the pool is compressed into 47 codes then we can expect 1000/47=21.2 lines for

each code. Picking one code from a list of 47 will be hard to do and I don't know that I would be inclined to

play that many lines considering the odds for hitt... [ More ]

I hoped that I could work

on my bet-slip printer program this week but again I need to get some other stuff done. It should not take

too long to write the program it's just finding the time. I am getting close to finishing the bet-slip printer but

it's been slow.

Frenchie

Cool idea. So as I see it what you are doing is to try and pick the lowest digit in the set first then the second digit

must be equal-to or greater than the first and so on. Each selection sets the minimum for the next. Then to cover

for a str8 we could do it using 6 lines or 3 lines if we have a double. I think's I like it. If the choices are easier to

hit then it should produce many more wins on fewer lines. One could also try to predict the highest digit and then

work... [ More ]
