Can anyone tell me if all those winners in PB were QP or own #'s?

The amazing part about the Fla couple's win, was that she bought only 2 tickets. One was with the winning numbers and one QP.

Imagine how all the people that spent big bucks on tickets felt after learning that one winner spent $8 and another spent $3 (with power play

The winning ticket in Florida won't show as QP or self-pick until it's claimed (it's not been claimed yet.)

I did happen to see that a winning PB ticket sold in Florida in May of 2013 expired unclaimed. D'oh

I am quite surprised that 3 people hit the $1.5 Billion jackpot and 81 $1 million dollar winners.. My question is this where these winners Quick Picks or using own numbers? Can anyone help figure that one out and thanks..
