			<description><![CDATA[<p>So if you won $700.00 and the lottery office was 200 miles away, would you miss work for a day to drive 400 miles round trip for $700.00? I really think the lottery should accept photocopies of winning tickets. The photocopies would have bar codes on them too, which would be impossible to duplicate. And don&#x27;t forget, the state and feds would also tax that amount. LOL</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>It says right on the back of the ticket - no photocopies, no counterfeiting, no tampering, no mutilation, etc. I assume they will do whatever they can to avoid paying out a prize. Best to just keep your tickets safe haha.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Has anyone heard about the Australian woman that posted a selfie of herself holding a wining horse race ticket and one of her Facebook friends claimed the prize?<br /><br />They printed the picture of her holding the ticket and went to a lottery terminal and scanned the picture of the bar code.<br /><br />When she took the actual ticket to cash, she was told it had already been cashed.<br /><br />A bar code reader doesn&#x27;t know the difference between a photo copy or an actual ticket.</p>]]></description>

Total match where the ticket was buy from the roll. The paper being borrow from another store of the retailer chain, the tape inside the store showing him purchase it. Put it all together, it proof his case.</p>]]></description>

At best a photocopy might prove that somebody stuck the ticket in a photocopier and you&#x27;re in possession of a copy. I can&#x27;t see what that would do to establish that you every had possession of the actual ticket or that you own the ticket and are entitled to the prize.<br /><br />At the very least you&#x27;re going to need other evidence if you&#x27;ve got any hope of collecting a prize.</p>]]></description>
