Sometimes, Mega Millions picks with a 5/75+1/15 matrix have a California Super Lotto Plus pick because their 5 white balls are less than 47 and their Mega Number is always less than 15.

Nope. You're going about it all wrong. What you should do is back check those numbers for 2-3 months and see what the results are. If they're terrible, change the numbers and go again, until you get some good results. Then you stick with those new numbers for 1 month, playing every single day, regardless of the losses ($5-$7 ought to do; give up smoking or Starbucks). If you can't do that, you shouldn't bother playing. You would have better luck ice-skating uphill.

I have gone all the way back to the beginning. It may skip for 6 draws with no repeats than back again with repeats. I have not done the % but if you can catch it at the right time I am sure you will do well

If you consider just the 5 regular balls, the probability that no number appeared in the last 4 drawings is about 16.97%.

And looking at the 41 drawings starting after Oct 7 (first drawing with the current matrix), about 17.07% drawings had no number that appeared in the last 4 drawings (or the last 3, 2 or 1 drawing for the drawings on Oct 17, 14 and 10.)

Date Match is a chart I set up for each jackpot game I study. I like to track 6 days before, 6 days after, and DM (date match) in the middle. You can go back over the past year, of any game, and see how closely the numbers fall near the date and get an idea of the cycling.

For Powerball, Date Match is due (November since it happened last), as well as 3 days before (September since happened last). So for Wednesday the 17th I will be playing #14 or #17. If neither one show up then I'll play #17... [ More ]

The winning numbers were very close to the date this time: 6 before, 2 after, 5 after, 6 after.

I keep track of numbers-to-calendar dates. My Date Match chart helps me with some of my decision making.

Date Match is due for Powerball. So maybe this coming Wednesday we'll see number 17? If not, well, I'll keep trying it.

Hot Lotto had an exact date match yesterday (2-13).

I know a clerk where I buy my tickets. She said that she has been playing 719 for pick 3 for 8 years and only won a couple of box wins. Huge losses. Not good to stick with the same numbers. I play numbers no more than a few plays. The numbers may come in a 150 years if your lucky.

There is no good reason whatsoever to change the numbers you play.

Guys I have seen most of the time in Powerball no number comes out from the last 4 drawings although not every time but most of the time it's true if u look back...So if we cancel those numbers we will be choosing 1/49 instead of 1/69....Powerball is different it's just for the first 5 numbers
