My 10 lines of play for 10 consecutive drawings of NY Lotto ended up being a virtual bust. Got a 3 of 6 on my very first line on my first draw, and didn't win a thing the rest of the time. Currently trying my hand in Canada's Lotto Max game (7/49). I've got 3 lines of play for the next 13 drawings. Hope to have better luck with this game. Besides that I'm going to stick with my local game, Tri State Megabucks Plus, which has much better odds than NY Lotto.

Now I get it about the bonus ball after looking more closed at the rules. It's the 7th number drawn from the main set of 1-59 numbers. Also no separate bonus # on the ticket. My sixth unpicked number would act as my bonus if I got a 5 of 6. My first drawing is tonight. Looking forward to seeing how my 10 lines do

The lower tier prizes do seem rather small considering the game is a 6/59. I have a subscription to Massachusetts Megabucks Doubler, a 6/49 game, and I hit a 4 of 6 a few weeks ago and that paid me $100. I noticed the bonus # for NY Lotto was 47 for last Saturday's draw. Seems like an exorbitant amount of bonus balls. Well as tough as this game seems the odds are still much better than beating PB or MM, and the JP is over $20 million now so why not give it a shot.

It's a very tough game....U win $1 if u match 3 numbers and u win 15-25 $ if u match 4....If u match 5 u win 800-2500....If u match 5 + Bonus number which u have no control over u win a lot of money I don't know how they decide who matches bonus number and who doesn't

A buddy of mine is going to New York on Sunday and has agreed to pick me up 10 lines for the next 10 drawings of NY Lotto. Never played this game so I'm pretty excited to be getting into it. I especially like that it's only 50 cents per play which compares favorably to my current games of Mass Megabucks Doubler @ $1.00 per line and Tri State Megabucks Plus for $2 per play.
