Anyone can play any game in any state. It doesn't matter where you live. They will take your money with pleasure.

The only catch is, that when (and if) you win, you need to claim the winning ticket in the same state in which it was purchased.

Hi,

So I am from IL but I travel to CA often because of my work's HQ is there.

I was wondering if non California resident can play in CA? I don't mean MM or PB that I can play in IL. Pfft.

I mean CA Pick 5 and Pick 6.

Does anybody know?

Also I wonder if there are any recommendations when dealing with computerized drawings...
