Where does the range of 9,6,3 come from a root sum of 8? Then a lead digit of 7,5,4?? Is this from previous draws ,math or what.

Is the 3 from the mirror of 8,or 9 being the adjacent digit? Extremely confusing to follow unless you have a program to share that calculates these parameters.

The best filter tool is the one that you yourself can use best.

If you are a Master of Sums, then Sums is your best filter.

If you instead are a Master of Roots, then Roots is your best filter.

If you are a Master of both of them, then maybe neither of them is the best filter or both of them are.

Perhaps for a true master the Sums might be the best filter of those 2 filters.

There are many possible ways of getting the numbers and or filtering numbers, but I always went for the easier or lazy way.

I don't like to keep databases of past winning numbers, nor to update databases, those things are of course needed for many kinds of filtering and also of lottery prediction.

Another way is to run a randomize trials on your RootSums, each rootsum will advance/propel the next range of RS. You can then used lead digits to filter your picks(straight bet obviously).

Another strategy you can consider with root sums is to track the the last draws out that a rootsum has occurred.

I will use the Florida Combined 3 to illustrate:

Florida Pick3 Combined

In the picture I have highlighted the column RootSum Draws Out.

There are two header columns Median and Mean. These values were calculated over the last 400 draws.

The Median value of 6 means the following:

Approximately 200 of the last 400 drawings had a RootSum Draws Out value of 0 thru 6.

One more things about the Roots.

With a more or less detailed study of the Roots maybe more than 3 Roots at a time could be filtered out from the 10 Roots without way too many filters failures.

No way too know 'till a person tries.

Filters systems or methods must be made for a particular game and at a particular time if a person wants better results.

The same would be for each of the filters, might take more study and time to get better results.

A long time ago I saw that I could not know what might come out next, but that sometimes I might be able to guess what might NOT come out next.

I call that Prediction by filtration and also the Negative prediction technique .

For example, if we have 10 digits, it might be easier to predict 1 digit out of the 10 digits, that will NOT come out next, than 1 digit out of the 10 digits that will come out next.

HERE is a tool for positional wheeling and setup of 2 digits at each position that generates 512 combos.

Instead of all digits (0-9) at one position you can use a wild card (*). This is in case you know for example 2 digits and their positions, but not sure about 3rd one (it could be any one 0-9).

Chances of hitting a right digit at the right position are very low which is good for this strategy.

This is an example of 2 digits box wheel and positional wheel of generated 10 combos.

In order to make the winning odds more even or more equal to the poor payouts, if you can you should:

Filter out 2 box (any-order) digits from all 3 positions, or:

1 Box digit from all 3 positions and 1 straight digit from each of the 3 positions, or:

2 Straight digits from each of the 3 positions.

That produces 512 straight pick 3 numbers, so you would have filtered out about 1/2 of all the 1000 straight pick 3 numbers.

Many years ago for about 1 to 3 months I was predicting BOX Key Digits for the pick 3 game and I didn't do so bad, more or less often, the 1st or the 2nd BOX key digits predicted came out right and maybe often enough the 1st key digit digit predicted came out right and also often enough were 2 BOX key digits right on the first 3 key digits predicted.

Yes, I person can play at 50 Cents per number, that would be play $60 each time that you play and if you win you then get $250 instead of $500.

That would be a lot safer to do and you would profit a little over 50 Cents for every 50 Cents that you play and bet.

You would make over $500 a month PROFIT , at least on paper, if things are as they were shown.

I would try to reduce the played numbers even more with more filters patterns.

Hold it, 720 are the total straight singles and 360 were filtered out on each of the 20 draws so 360 straight were played

That is 360 X 20 = $7,200 or - $ 7,200

$500 was won on 10 draws = $5,000

So $2,200 was lost.

Maybe the use of other good filters would offset that lost money, besides using the betting trick that I found.

Also a progressive betting technique might produce a profit, but only very rich people can play in that way.

All of these together represent the 720 straight singles:

There are 6 possible permutations for the pick 3 singles:

ABC = 1

ACB = 2

BCA = 3

BAC = 4

CAB = 5

CBA = 6

And each of them represents 120 straight singles.

So when you filter out one of them you filter out 120 straight singles

If you filter out 2 of those patterns you filter out 240 straight singles

If you filter out 3, then you filter out 360 straight singles out of the total of 720 or 1/2 of the 720 t... [ More ]

If you look at this chart all the way down in 3rd column LHM you'll see digit 5 last time showed up 195 draws ago.

No one person has a monopoly on filters patterns, there can be as many ways of using them as there are people.

I guess that I better talk some more about the pick 3 permutations filter, but not right now, I will a little later Today.

Most of the time, when I used filters, long ago, I used them in simple ways, of course, without proper software some things are either hard to do or not possible to do.

I was going to keep going a little longer with this thread, but I think that now people understand enough about how filtration can be used to reduce the numbers for the next draw, without having to have a program that gives them statistics, the problem will always be the same no matter what.

The more reduction the greater the chance of failure and even with lower reduction there is a chance of failure anyway.
