I'd go late at night to the convenience store a few blocks away from me. It's a Chinese owned store named Won Hung Lo . I'd snatch that ticket up and make a Bikini line back home before things got hairy.

The first place I'd go after collecting my winnings is to Viagra Falls, stay up all night long watching the falls, and erect a statue of myself holding the over sized check in hand.

I would do a cartwheel naked down the street to the store if I knew I was going to be a millionaire the next day. It's not like no one has seen a naked body before. And in NYC no one would even bat an eye due to all the crazies that walk around here.

A lot of stores have signs that say Shirt and shoes required. But it doesn't say pants required . So I guess you can buy tickets bottomless but not topless
