An irrevocable trust is one where you cannot change your mind and you must live with it for the rest of your life.

With a Living Revocable Trust, you can add assets or take them out of the trust. I do not know how much work it takes to change the trust.

If I win tonight I might just cash in the next business day and then look for a Trust Estate Lawyer during the four weeks that I will have to wait for my check.

If you have been around long enough, you know that if/when you win a jackpot, that you need to contact a lottery lawyer and financial adviser.

You don't want to go telling everyone you won and then have to fend them off when they come asking for some.

Quitting work would depend on the size of the win. If it was a substantial amount, then heck yeah, I'm quitting. That doesn't mean I won't work, doing something myself, it just means that I quit working for someone else

I am not sure if this is in the forum anywhere.

First thing I would do is the first one. Talk to lawyer, accountant(one of my dads friends), advisor.

Go to dentist to get work done on my mouth. Help my dad pay a refinanced mortgage off. Yeah some people make a bad move back years ago.

Then go to spring break, las vegas, cancun.
