I'm telling you and I am not kidding 0 - 1 - 9 are prime digits to play three days before on and after a new or full moon. Look at 159. Go check States results with this. Pick 3 or 4. Sums of 9 10 18 20 are prime to hit during this time.. I've hit win 4 straight doing this. And many pick 3. That's why I only play twice a month during these times. Full moon Monday. All pairs that add up to 9 and play pick 4.

09-18-27-36-54. In pick 3 just add 0
