There are no comprehensible directions . He makes it up as he goes along. But with absolute surety (after the draw) he can can tell which magic code should have been applied the night before to miraculously extrapolate the winning number. Works like a charm every time. Across the board. All states/all games. You can be an innuendo winner every time. After the draw. The only drawback is that you will not have in your possession any actual winning tickets to cash in.

Actually he does, but some members here are saying that most of the time the numbers chosen cover pretty much all the numbers containing 0-9, therefore, there will be a winner most every time, but at what cost?

I have a pair system that hits about 90% of the time, but there are too many pairs to bet on, so it isn't profitable unless you very carefully filter out as many pairs as possible, which I have done to a degree that piques my interest.

As a matter of fact, I actually do know someone who wins 2 to 4k on cash 3 a week. He also won 20k on pick 4. I have seen with my own eyes one time, he had 5 straight tickets he was cashing in. It's amazing how he does it really. I always try to ask him what he's doing, and I show him my sheets I can access on my phone. But he doesn't understand anything that we know. Do you know what The Old Man's Zero rule is? Basically it says the 0,3,6 hit together. You can search it here. Dr. M's system is the same principle. Let's do some examples:

knockout p3

His explanation:

Zero to nine . There are 10 possibilites.

Take a draw nm p3 486.

The sum is 18 and with a root of 9. Now looking at the 10 possibilities we use the root to add up to 10.

9+1 equals 10.

Now I use the 91 in this manner. Subtract the 486.

87 83 85

I just keep on trucking. I use my time wisely. I look at the big picture and play few combinations. Using all the brain is using various systems together before you bet. However, I feel that if someone starts a thread or posts claiming to have a miracle system, power numbers, the best pick 3 system of all time, or other like boasts, that they have opened themselves up for others to analyze their system and to critisize if warranted.

Also, I believe some of us have a concern that someone might actually believe some of this stuff and blow big money chasing BS. SO it's kind of a public service as well.

I've been trying to look for Wisconsin's power numbers, and I think I'm on to a real trend.

If I take the power numbers 0,1,2,3,4,5

There has been at least one of these numbers in ever draw (single daily draw state) since Feb. 15, 2016. Many of the draws included 2 or even 3 of those digits!!!!
