Do appreciate your tireless EQ Watch Moon on a highly explosive threat in the Pacific.

Fact is Indonesia's EQ warning system has been exposed as dangerously inoperable. Moon, all 22 buoys malfunction after 7.8 mag temblor off coast.These buoys were deployed after 2004 tsunami Pacific Rim disaster.
