Sounds like Word Search but with Numbers: I'll Bet they call it Number Search!

Low and Behold they have some Apps that do just that!

Number Search Puzzle is a classic number search puzzle game similar to word search puzzles. Find hidden numbers on a 10x12 grid in three difficulty levels. You can also track you record time. It is great mini game to exercise your brain or kill some time.

As I have seen previously on LP, someone found a similar configuration on a piece of paper did not know how to use it, it was called a Magic box (do a search)of some kind. It was suggested perhaps to find the last draw straight or boxed then looking around the last draw for the next set of #s to play. For example, in using the copy above: March 9, 2016 GA-413-midday, first row, then look off of the digit 4 you will see 568 going down, GA-evening 685.

So, let's assume, we convert the alphabet to digits.
