			<description><![CDATA[<p>I used to think it would be harder to win with computerized drawings but now I&#x27;m not so sure because our All or Nothing game in NC is computerized I&#x27;ve won $50 on it 3 times with just picking out the numbers myself...when I did a qp I won nothing.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just a theory, not sure how much I beleive it, but....<br /><br />If a perfect lottery is pure random, any imperfection caused by bad programing or human manipulation will introduce non-randomness. If there&#x27;s non-randomness, someone smart enough to see the pattern will be able to take advantage of that pattern.</p>]]></description>
