Good call! I'm not very knowledgeable on the playing of roulette, but it sounds like that's a little bit similar to counting cards in blackjack. You are using real, tangible facts to capitalize on favorable odds.

Makes a lot more sense to me than relying on due numbers when the current spin or draw doesn't care what the past spins or draws were.

With 38 possible outcomes, the probability of any number is the same as the 1 in 38 odds.

Same as the lottery assuming it is random.

You have one thing right here. The outcome of each spin is based on mathematical laws of probabilities. But why would those laws mean anything is due. Each spin is independent and doesn't care what the last one was nor the last 30. Same as the lottery assuming it is random.
