I tested this on Ca Pic3 for 100 Games. On Both combined and Mid to Mid and Eve to Eve the hit percentage is around 42% If you are getting 90% I must be doing it wrong

When ever your last states Pick 3 draw comes, look at its middle digit. For pick 4, either middle digit will work ....Looking within this chart, the top bold numbers, will represent your middle numbers, for each column...Each column has 6 digits. Within one of them, is your next draw pair touching 90% of the time or look in same column beneath line to find your pair for next draw..Back-test and see for yourself..
