			<description><![CDATA[<p>I agree but the number of average games is dependant on the pool size. In other words a 5-39 will<br /><br />be different than a game like mega-millions. For a 5-39 around 80% of the numbers will show within<br /><br />10 drawings. As a general rule I don&#x27;t play cold numbers until they start hitting again. Once a number<br /><br />starts hitting again after a cold spell we often see a greater hit rate as if it&#x27;s reclaiming it&#x27;s average.<br /><br />RL</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Rl-<br /><br />Hope I am not being redundant, but my experience show that most numbers will show within 20 games a few could extend the streak from 30 - 40 games - as long as the equipment balls are checked to be in proper operating order. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Frenchie<br /><br />Years ago I ran some test and for the most part RNG&#x27;s seem to hold closer to the expected than<br /><br />ball droppers. While they both run very close over time the RNG seems to stay on track while the<br /><br />mechanical will swing back and forth. That being said here in MO. the number 39 has not shown<br /><br />in our 5-39 for 39 games and 13, 20 and 25 are all out more than 20 games. The expected average<br /><br />for any number for the 5-39 is a little less than 1 in 8.<br /><br />RL</p>]]></description>
