Totally agree.. I almost think you have a better chance of a winner after a winner than trying to buy a ticket after a loser. almost like if I win, I'll grab the next. If I lose, I walk away. I think I saw 4-5 in a row already as my max.

It's not too uncommon in Florida. I've had 5 consecutive winners on a $20 ticket. It is more common on higher value tickets because the overall odds on payouts are greater.

Its rare, but its happened to me on numerous occasions. Happened to me today on 2 $5 tickets. Red Hot 5s $5 ticket had a $20 and a $5 back to back. I have bought 2 $10s before and had 2 $15 winners back to back. Its happened to me on $2 tickets plenty of times usually small winners like $2 and $3 etc.

Never had this happen to me on a $20 ticket, but I buy only 1 $20 ticket at a time about 90% of the time.

Very common in PA on $5 and $10 tickets to have back to back good winning tickets.

While it is uncommon, I've definitely seen it happen before. The most consecutive winners I've had was 7 in a row (followed by a nice long chain of about 8 losing tickets before a break even).

I'd say the chances of finding consecutive winners increases after long stretches of losers within a roll/pack.
