Neither the casinos in Batista's days nor a Cuban lottery, if there was one now, would seek the average Cuban as a target market. That would probably be the turistas.

At this point it wouldn't matter if they did have a lottery. Most people there don't have the money to buy a ticket.

Hey destiny, don't forget about Puerto Rico which has Powerball plus 2 local jackpot games, Loto Plus and Revancha, as well as pick 3 and pick 4 games. As a matter of fact their flagship island game Loto Plus currently has the largest jackpot (about $26 million) of any US/ US territory game outside of Powerball and Maga Millions.

Quick Draw, a local 3 ball lottery offered by one of the local number houses here in the Bahamas. There are 32 draws per day (every half-hour from 8 AM until 11:30 PM).

The Pick 3/4 is different in the Caribbean Lottery. They have 4 drawings a day, with 3 winning numbers per draw [1st winner, 2nd winner, and 3rd winner], at different prize amounts [$$$] per win.

I just Googled and discovered that there is a Caribbean Lottery [All Games] played in the US Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua, Barbados, St. Kitts Nevis, and St. Maarten.

I'm thinking about relocating to the Caribbean Islands.

Does anyone know if any form of lottery games are played in the Caribbean Islands [Pick 3/4, Pick 5/6/PB/MM, Scratch Offs] ??? I don't see any of the Caribbean Islands represented on the location boards under Results .
