The people I know who go to Vegas tell me that you can order while you are playing and if you order a second round the price could very likely be different then what you paid for the first one.

I don't drink alcoholic beverages while playing table games or slots so the only cost to me is the tip I give to the servers. There are charges for beer and alcohol and I suppose the prices depend on the brand and/or type of drink just like in any bar or restaurant.

How can I compare food and drink prices when they change them depending on the time of day?

Are they lying to me? Are they getting ripped off? Or do the prices actually change depending on the time of day and what traffic will pay

Compare the prices of food and rooms in any other resort area and Vegas is always much lower. Almost all the hotel/casinos have reward cards that comp players room, food, and drinks.

I know someone who goes every year although I don't know why they do.

How can you lose money gambling if you lose it all before from those fees, charges and dynamically changing prices

The Food is Great in Vegas !!! The Entertainment is Great in Vegas !!! The Hotels are Great in Vegas !!! The Gambling is Great in Vegas !!! Vegas is a Great place to Vacation !!! If you vacation in Vegas, expect to spend Money $$$ - $$$ !!!

I heard they also change the food and drink prices dynamically during the day.

What could be $6 when you order it may be $12 when you order it again and if you want a third one the price may have changed again.

Is that true?

Parking fees, resort fees, and dynamic pricing on top of gambling losses...no thanks

MGM now charging patrons $8 to $10 for self parking $13 to $18 for valet

Local Nevadans will get a break with free self parking bu having their driving licence scanned.

MGM hoping to increase their lion's share ???
