People in Hialeah no doubt won and the retailers are probably right across the street from each other.

Well, a lot of the people who live in Miami are Cubans, so that may be the cause of the high Hispanic winners. They also play the p-3 differently in Cuba too, but they use Florida's winning numbers as their official winning number.

But to speak about it being rigged, Florida is one big scam artist and they get away with it in pre test and post test draws.

Im beginning to think its rigged. have you looked at the FANTASY 5 TOP-PRIZE WINNERS WITH RETAILER INFORMATION (December 1, 2009 - present)

Look at the retailers and tell me how it is possible for people in Hialeah to win sooo much and in some some cases the retailers are right across the street from each other.

It has happened one oher time in Springhill but Hialeah is fixed. Something is going on there. I always thought Miami wins way too much but then I looked to see where Hialeah is an... [ More ]
