1.PHP,web app backed by some fancy UI - angular or so.

2. More analysis and math - Java or Perl -so many apis even for mathematics - statistics and so on.

3. You can extend same java code and call from any Web UI and use as Web frontend reusing same backend code.

Lotsoft Pro looks like VB/VC++

Expert lotto or magicrsoft look like some sort of C++/C#/Java
