Especially since the U.S.A.'s Lotto games are ultimately open to the whole world.

Tickets are not sold in our shops. Buying online doesn't count as open as we would pay a very high price for a huge chance to win nothing at all.

In Europe we have EuroMillions and it is not that popular since the ticket line price is 2 euros.

The local lotto lowered the payouts drastically a few years ago. They added 1% more payout chance and lowered the payout to like a third.

I had a feeling that no one was going to hit it. Even looking at maddogs challenge you just never know what numbers. I still think someone will hit next week as I predict. We will see. Something is def weird. Sure hope that this jackpot doesn't do what I think it will.
