Yes and we are lucky we are not in some places in Europe where the interest rates have actually gone negative meaning that if you buy notes or bonds there you will get back less money than you loaned them!

In the U.S. the 10 year recently hit an all time record low rate due to the economy.

No this is what I was mentioning. Yes most people do take the cash option that is correct. What I'm saying is whatever the interest rate is make money on it I never thought of that years back and now I see where some people come from because a lot of people spend and go broke

That's a very good question since whoever hits this thing if I were to hit I want to know what the interest rate is because that's what I would be making money on besides other things
