I'd say go for the $20 because of a higher jackpot, less total tickets, better odds.

I'm curious: do store owners have a choice of buying good or bad rolls of tickets?

for example: a clerk can buy a $300 roll of snip ty $10 tickets, or a $600 roll of good paying $10 tickets?

He lives in Florida, so a $10 and $20 book both cost $600 here. I know books are larger, and as a result cost more up in NY.

As to the OP, personally I'd recommend buying random $10 and $20 tickets (2 from a roll) from random locations. I've bought several $10 books of 200MS, $10 Holiday Gifts, and 50X The Cash here in Florida.
