They claim lottery money is used for education but I don&#x27;t believe any of it. They need to do an independent external audit for each and every state to get to the bottom of this corruption.</p>]]></description>

I think you a Lil confused, the lottery that was voted on back in 84 or was it earlier was to supplement education. The lottery in of itself cannot shoulder the entire education budget. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Not sure about my present state of residence (Virginia), but my home state of Georgia uses the lion&#x27;s share of the lottery money to fund the Hope Scholarship, which pays all state college and trade school tuition, room, and board of any Georgia resident who graduates from high school with a B average, and maintains a B average while in college to continue receiving the benefit. On the face of it the Hope seems to be a very good program for all beneficiaries. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Here in Arizona they say it funds education but upon looking deeper into it,proof shows it&#x27;s placed in the General Fund were the state elected officials figure out how much of it goes to education then else where for state needs. So very little goes to education. Hell the State borrowed money from the Lottery which is funded by the state. Go figure that out</p>]]></description>
