			<description><![CDATA[<p>There is a loophole if the person registers with the IRS as a professional gambler and pay its taxes on a 1099 they can get away with it cashing in multiples pick 4 winnings a month, instead of giving their social to tax their winning ticket they give their self employed tax id to the lottery agent at the lottery office.</p>]]></description>

If you were cashing P4<br /><br />straights many, many, times a month, they might think you were cashing tickets for some one else to help them avoid<br /><br />child support or something like that. If there is a retailer / one store owner cashing an exceptional number of P4 winners<br /><br />they have been accused of that. It&#x27;s been on the News forum here before.
