It can't just be the seasoned few buying advanced draws anticipating a billion dollar jackpot from the last round. It's rising faster than the January jackpot at its comparable pre- $100 million stage .

Maybe people have reset their thresholds for the lotterty, but more so recovered from the January 13th buying frenzy that I am sure had many considering therapy
