I know this guy. Talked to him on the phone months ago, and he's a huckster. Did he use terminologies like the pick 3 game is a structured game? If so, that's him. He lives in a motel painting house address numbers on the curbs to pay the bills, and then places ads on Craigslist to scam people.

He's not so much a huckster than a person who really believes he knows his stuff, but although he won't admit it, he's taking money from people making big claims which he knows he can't fulfill. In fac... [ More ]

This is from sales flyer I got in the mail yesterday, a guy calling himself David Bedoue in Carson City, NV claims he has not lost Pick3/4 in 14 years.

From the flyer;
