			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you watch the TX lottery Webcast, you should have noted that a new mechanical ball machine was introduced Aug 1.<br /><br />It&#x27;s not a radical change - one vessel for 35 white balls, another for 35 red balls.<br /><br />If anyone has spotted a feature that clearly indicates that the ball selection is being managed in some way, he or she should share<br /><br />that finding with LP members.<br /><br />Personally, my opinion is that the mixing is clearly random.
