Not strange at all. Once the biggest prize is gone , then all the people put the money on the other biggest prize to make it gone again. I am in CA, I can predict that CA superlotto will go away soon, maybe this coming Weds.

It's just pure luck. Illinois won the Mega Millions jackpot while Georgia won the Powerball jackpot. If the Powerball Number wasn't 14, then there wouldn't been no Powerball Jackpot winner in that draw
