Your request for explanation is misplaced.

All workouts, including mine, evolve over time.

Mine started about 10 years ago. It has been modified and improved several times.

There is no way that I could explain my methods in an LP post.

I'm sorry if you think I would just 'hand it over' to you and other viewers.

Not going to happen.

You need to develop your own workout that reflects your ideas on how winning integers can be identified.
