Illinois got the 823 I've been chasing last night, I'm on it.

So, I took at look at short sum 9 missing midday, this is what I have for today.

A short sum 9 due midday.

O.K. you see the first chart are the cut sum 9s that hit Midday.

Short sum 9 only hit 4 times in the last 60 draws.

Midday specific: As of November 28th, 2016.

So, These are the ones that hit midday . Last one was 10/31/2016.

What's the best system to use for Missouri pick 3? My ideas for today are 378, 711, 060, 958, 761 am I on the right track
