			<description><![CDATA[<p>Rttx, I downloaded the app that Carbob wrote for you and I have difficulty understanding what I m to do with it.<br /><br />I have worked with repeat pairs for a number of years and use them in every workout I do along with the 3-4 rundown.<br /><br />My observations about pairs in general are:<br /><br />Generally repeat in 7 to 11 draws but can go out to 14 or more.<br /><br />Pairs cross from mid to eve and eve to mid. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I believe it&#x27;s called the Panther system. It does almost the same thing you require.<br /><br />Looking back two weeks is the rule of the system. If you see two similar pairs, then you use that same pair for a third time, but it has to be played before the end of the 14 day limit.<br /><br />I have seen this go past 14 days, but not often.</p>]]></description>
