NeedyNotGreedy: There are a lot of winners who are under the wire meaning that the jackpot is relatively small. By small I mean anything up to 60-100 million but more often a lot less. They claim their winnings and disappeared, picked up the check, and disappeared again. None appeared rich or gave the appearance that they had a career as opposed to just a job. Many were in their 30s or 40s.

Maybe their energy draws winning? Just thinking that perhaps their life is going better and that they win the lottery on top of it may be a result of positive thinking and actions in other areas of their life. In other words, the win is just a continuation of them bringing positive energy into their lives. When you're down and out, you carry negativity into all aspects of your life. Especially where luck is concerned.

So I'm in Tennessee this week and the news has been all the buzz with the 20 Powerball winners of the 400 million something. Co-workers at a probably multi-million dollar company, seems like they take home decent paychecks and probably already have all the creature comforts they need.

Not to sound like a poor sport, but that just iggs me a little bit. For all the people in the poor state of Tennessee, not to mention the entire country who probably prayed and spent their baby milk or medicatio... [ More ]
