I suggest you read the Florida thread in the Scratchoffs forum. Those guys are hard, hard core scratchers. Also, 2 or 3 of them have won significant prizes. One of them won a multi-million dollar prize, and a few months later won $250,000 (if memory serves), both just this past summer.

Hi everyone, I just joined the forum. The games I like playing right now are scratch cards. I was hoping to learn some strategies for scratch cards, but I'm definitely open to other games. I'm pretty new to the lottery.

So far the only strategies I've learned for scratch offs, are: try to find the best odds, buy in bulk, ask the cashier if anyone's won this game recently, and if you win don't buy from the same store again for a while. And to check the state's website for info on the game rel... [ More ]
