Well that's not really true, is it. It's the smaller jackpot winners who go broke the quickest. I have yet to see any winner of a 9 figure or even high 8 figure win file for bankruptcy (Whittaker might claim to be broke, but he still owns property). Because that much money is hard to get through. Even if they make poor financial decisions initially, they still have enough in reserve to continue to live off and correct the mistakes they make early on. I would be happy with any jackpot win but $25-$30 million after all taxes seems right in line to support the lap of luxury for myself and whomever I may be dating. I worked out that if I bought my dream house, a couple of cars etc and lived to the age of 90, that I would never need more than $30 million to keep myself in the lap of luxury.

After initially setting aside $6M to buy the house, cars, clothes, and any other 'pampering myself' item there is no conceivable reason for me to ever personally need more than $300,000 per year. You are welcome, but if you read the whole pdf, it often says how it is still inconclusive.

The whole report makes some errors though, as they say for example that messenger services are illegal in Germany and the reason they use is a different one, in Germany only the government may conduct lotteries, every other person commits illegal gambling.

That however doesn't say anything about someone paying someone else to buy an official ticket for the state lottery.

I think the Oregon Lottery locks non-US ip adresses out, I've tried with a vpn in the past but it wasn't practical, nothing loaded correctly.

While the Oregon Lottery didn't endorse theLotter, they investigated and examined the claim and ultimately paid out the winnings. For now this is all we get. Unfortunately.

The state of Oregon cannot legally approve the use of a service like the Lotter butler service, because it involves Interstate Commerce, which is the buying and selling of goods and services across state lines. But if you google it, you will find that the lotter now claims that they have been officially approved by Oregon Lottery. (I will not post link here because it would be removed.). Fair enough, but I think there's a good argument that such games already exist to some extent. Just making QP's non-random wouldn't make them the same as tickets in a raffle game, but I think raffle games fit your wish, as long as you don't mind losing the ability to choose your own combination. OK my bad. I was thinking in terms of a smaller game stimulating Quick Pick sales or a new game created with this condition in mind. There is always a chance of multiple winners whether Quick Picks are sold or not, nor is there any guarantee all the combinations would be sold at least once every time by such a method. That all states do away with pre-tests.

That they stop doing things that everyone knows are statistically way off the wall. Examples. Repeatedly going 10 to 14 days or better without a double for months at a time, when we know they should hit approximately every 4th draw. Since upgrading membership I know a couple of systems for the big jackpot games. It now depends on what I do and by communicating with other members. This site has been very helpful. More people out there need to be a little more educated on how they play. Instead majority of people I see throw away money.
