Just go to Tx lottery website and click on scratchoffs. You can pick the dollar value of the tickets and then just click on each particular ticket. It tells you the odds, how many top prizes have been claimed and where they were purchased.

As of this week - Weekly Grand isnt' one we'd recommend for TX - it has a smart factor rating of .990 There are 5 other $2.00 games in TX that have much better odds of winning a top prize. At .990, it means that the odd of winning a top prize are still out there, but the top prize odds are slightly worse than when the game was originally printed - meaning more top prizes have been awarded than the same proportion of all tickets sold.

I play this ticket once in a while. I play because of the top prize. And yes, the OVERALL odds of this ticket are 1 in 3.95. BUT....the odds for the top prize are 1 in 7,488,000. So, finding one of the top prize tix is worse than the proverbial needle in a haystack.

I play maybe 1 scratcher a week...my main focus is the draw games. My problem with scratchers is that you really don't know if they even released all the tickets with the top prizes yet, or if they are still in a warehouse somewhe... [ More ]

The game is called Weekly Grand . It's a $2 ticket. The odds are 1 in 3.95 this is listed on the back. I bought $20 worth a couple days back and I got $15 back. So it was only a $5 investment. I was going to wait until tomorrow and buy another $20. The reason I like this card so much is the top prize. $1,000 a week for 20 years. That's the top prize and only one has been claimed.
