The more kinds of bet options maybe the better, but of course some options might be better than others.

I wish that on Tx there was a pairs option for the pick 3 game.

Pair bets are good. .50 cents pays $25 and $1 pays $50. I've won them many times. Close enough is not a 'great' bet to make as if it comes up the way you bet it you only get half of a straight bet, here in NY. But I feel the main advantage of a close enough bet is when you just play a few numbers, or you play a number all the time and you're just off a little. Close enough is not a very good thing.

But on the NJ pick 3 game you have Pair Bets.

And maybe that is not so bad.

I think that on Tx, we can play pairs only on the pick 4 game.

Pair Bets: Pair Bets allow you to select only two numbers. Match the first two (Front Pair), last two (Back Pair), or first and last (Split Pair) winning numbers and win!
