I was waiting last night to see when powerball would do the update and it took about 40 minutes. Really. The powerball game stinks. So if you get 3 numbers you win $7. Get the powerball with the 3 you get $100. I can see that. Why not give a player that gets 3 numbers $50

How long did it take to restart the drawing? I think it was sometime after 2AM when I checked and the next jackpot amount still wasn't posted.

MM seems to consistently take a good bit longer than PB to get the info out.

Unfortunately for me, someone in Calif won the second prize which was $1.495 million bucks. When the second prize in Calif rises, I feel less guilty about throwing my money away on MegaMillions. The way it is set up in Calif, second prize is usually much less than the million other states offer and only goes up about $100k a game.

Mega millions halted the drawing because I saw the video of the drawing just now and 41 is already fallen down the runway. So they restarted the drawing with 41 in the shoot and drew the rest of the numbers. That is the first time I saw something like that happen so very interesting at least they got the drawing right.-weshar75
