Thanks Black apple for your excellent post. I got a little excited in the beginning. But once again thanks for all you do for the great state of New York. It is always appreciated.

5 out of 8 draws had digits 1, 5, or 9

8 came in both the first and the second positions.

0 came in the second position.

3 came in the first position.
